The full impact—short-term and long-term—of COVID-19 on modern-day orphans, children in foster care and the elderly in assisted-living facilities, is yet unknown. Despair, fear of the unknown, hopelessness, and lack of future face these lost and forgotten generations.

Resilient Roots’ goal is to start a nation-wide movement involving Men’s Ministries to develop reading readiness and reading initiatives to counteract the negative cycle of inadequate education. This will be done through the promotion and support of men in the teaching profession and provision of needed tutoring services.
